Prospective Students

The Graduate School of Human Development and Environment offers the following degrees and educational programs. Degree-seeking prospective students are required to take examinations which are given on campus. For more details, please check the corresponding selection methods.

Degree-seeking Students (Regular Students)

Status Degrees Selection methods
Graduate students Master's Degrees (Arts, Education, or Science) are conferred on those who have completed the required curricula for the Master's programs in the Graduate School of Human Development and Environment.
Doctorate Degrees (Arts, Education, or Science) are conferred on those who have completed the required curricula for the Doctorate programs in the Graduate School of Human Development and Environment.

Non-degree-seeking Students

Classification Explanation Selection Methods
Research Students Research students pursue their research on specific topics under supervision of faculty members.
Credit-seeking Students Credit-seeking students take specific classes for credits.
Auditors Auditors take specific classes but not for credits
